iDARE.CSM is a complete online solution for holistic customer satisfaction management.
iDARE.CSM supports all essential business processes with regard to customer satisfaction management: from the collection of interviews over prompt and adequate customer follow-ups, the preparation of results in accordance to specific management levels up to the arrangement of improvement measures - at minimum costs.
By default iDARE.CSM consists of an integrated web questionnaire, an overview of the customer verbatims as well as the follow-up status, various result reports and forms for target and activity definitions.
iDARE.CSM is built in a modular way to meet the needs of the different user groups: there is a client portal which contains customer comments, key performance indicators and the follow-up tools. Further, there is a comprehensive administration module which is suited for market research agencies or data anylists to setup andedit their customer research projects. The system itself can be hosted as an ASP solution at our data centre or can be implemented at another premise.
