iDARE.RAM and iDARE.CSM are our main products which are built on our in-house software platform iDARE (integrated Data Analysis and Reporting Environment): iDARE offers highly scalable functionality for data entry, analysis and reporting, as well as sophisticated management tools for the clear display and management of almost all types of survey data.

Our claim is not only the optimisation of single process steps but the integration of a complete (customer care) process chain into a consistent and efficient IT environment.
